CHAPTER I

BUSINESS CONCEPT

The Philippines, having a tropical climate, will

surely have a lot of ways to beat the heat. Like food!

Filipinos are known for their unique food and desserts.

Filling up summer wouldn't be complete without their

refreshing, cold and sweet desserts. I’m pretty sure all

of us here have our own sweet tooth as well. We Filipinos

just love to eat these kinds of food after our regular

meals or for our Merienda (snacks) especially now that

summer is just right around the corner.

Ice snooze is a small-scale business that

specializes in providing drink and cold desert. We

believe that there is a strong demand for a high-quality

refreshment stand here in Cagayan National High School –

Senior High, and we are excited to offer our products and

services to meet that demand. Furthermore, the target

customers of this specific business will be students,

teachers and other school personnel. The product and

services will be also available and sold to potential

customers such as neighbors, acquaintances, relatives,

and other interested parties in the Tuguegarao City area.

The products that we will be offering in the market

are cold juices, Ice candy and our signature flagship

product which is the Scornble. Our refreshment stand will

be designed to cater to a variety of tastes and

preferences, with a focus on using healthy, locally-

sourced ingredients whenever possible. The variety of

flavors will include buko pandan, chocolate, melon and

other more.

Ice Snooze will be offering competitive prices,

high-quality products, and excellent customer service.

Our refreshment stand will also be visually appealing and

well-organized, with clear signage and a clean inviting

atmosphere as we believe it will help us in attracting

more customers. Overall, Ice Snooze provide customers

with a convenient, affordable, and enjoyable refreshment

experience, and it will continuously adapt and evolve to

meet the changing needs and preferences of the target

market.
