many cells.
b. Metabolism is the sum of all of the chemical reactions carried out in an organism. Homeostasis is the maintenance of stable internal conditions in spite changes in the external environment. c. Natural selection is the result of how good the animal adapted and adaptation is just the act of adapting to an environment. d. A hypothesis is an assumption made out of observations and a theory is an educated guess to explain observabl e phenomenon. e. Resolution refers to the amount of data in an image and magnification refers to making the image larger.

Independent variable causes a change in Dependent Variable and it isn't possible that Dependent Variable could cause a change in Independent Variable and they both show in the results of the experiment.

Living things are made of cells. Living things obtain and use energy. Living things grow and develop. Living things reproduce. Living things respond to their environment. Living things adapt to their environment.

Reproduction is the biological process by which new individual organisms are produced. Growth is the irreversible increase in mass that results from cell division number and cell expansion size. Development means a specified state of growth or advancement.

The theory of evolution teaches us that in the beginning two animals from the same species start in different places they will have to adapt and evolve to survive so we see the same animal with different features. Ex. Say there s a lot of nut bearing bushes on the island; the finch's bloodline who got lost on the island will have adapted to have broader, sharply pointed beaks, the perfect shape for cracking nuts open. The Swamp finch (For short) will have landed somewhere where flies were very common. Its descendants evolve dainty, longer beaks to catch the flies. This is now their natural food source. So what started out as two finches from the same species becomes severally species, each evolved to survive in their unique environment.

Ask a Question Do Background Research Construct a Hypothesis Test Your Hypothesis by Doing an Experiment Analyze Your Data and Draw a Conclusion Communicate Your Results

They eliminate confounding variables so it s to increase accuracy

When the hypothesis is proven right over and over and does not show false it becomes a theory.
