Environmental Science:

You must be aware of the term science; it is common in all fields of learning.
The term science is not only bound with physics, bio, chemistry but it stands for
learning. The process of learning anything of any field falls under the shadow of
this term. Every field has its science, own principles and own rules.

Environmental studies are one of the fields of science, it is mostly known as

Environmental science. As it is shown in its name that it is a study, that deals
with the different dilemmas of the environment, but you must be thinking that
what kind of environment are we talking about? Because there are two kinds of
environments in our surroundings;

A: Social Environment

B: Natural Environment

Your home, street, neighbour, society, city and surroundings, have their
influence on your life, you get affected by the person who smokes in the street,
you get distracted by the loud music of your neighbour, you get sick by the
traffic pollution this is a social environment, and every individual get affected in
different ways, and then there’s another kind of environment that is invisible,
we cannot see it with our eyes but we feel it, like the heat of Karachi, cold of
Murree and all those effects which caused by nature itself that is the natural
environment.

Environmental science deals with both types of environment. Natural

environments have their universal principles and effects, whereas social
environment laws change with geographical locations.
