1 Ensure the general HR standards & procedures defined in DRC Operations Handbook are applied and complain at all
times.
2 Support with all phases of recruitment / Draft new and renewed contracts and other personnel-related issues with special
attention to compensation and benefits
3 Prepare employee contracts.
4 Prepare and update briefing/induction packages for new staff and oversee/coordinate the induction process
5 Assist with the Performance & Development Process
6 Responsible for set up a new profile for the new employee's in dynamics also edit and Prepare, advice and oversee
staff leaves and absences.
7 ensures DRC Code of Conduct is understood and abided at all times
8 Focal point for the liaison with Health Insurance Company on all related issues & serve as the liaison with service
providers on all staff health insurance issues.
9 Collect, update and provide to the HR/Admin Manager monthly recruitment
10 Prepare work certificates for staff upon request
11 updating all HR & Admin trucker such as ( Recruitment trucker , Health incurrence trucker , contact list ,
Employees files sot & hard copies ,storage trucker )
12 responsible for the hiring process regarding the Temporary positions such as Enumerators , daily workers ,
volunteers , service contract for the assistants
Administration
1 coordinate with the DRC legal advisor on issuing work Visas and residency permits. Control/ follow up on visa
tracker updating.
2 focal points for booking commercial flight tickets and UNHAS flights tickets (including the payment )
3 hotels and flights for DRC staff national and international for travel and meetings.
4 ·Follow up and support with residency, work permits and visa applications for International staff
7·Ensure all utility payments are done on a timely basis.
8. Responsible for all items in the office such as stationery, cleaning materials and refreshments and working to provide all
employees with what they need / Responsible for the monthly inventory of the storage and updating the storage trucker.
9 Support HR and Admin Manager in the management of administrative and tasks. When required by HR
10 Ensure that DRC staff have Identification cards (ID)
11 Oversee all aspects of office maintenance and cleanliness Payment of office and guest house bills
12 supervisor of all the cleaner in the office & gust house
13 Any other duties as requested by the Manager
1 Ensure all Country office infrastructures are clean, appropriate, safe, and functioning.

2 Ensure the insurance plan is in place for all office buildings, and equipment is updated at all times.
3 Ensure repairs and maintenance of facilities in compliance with DRC standards and procedures.
4 Ensure there is sufficient office stationery, and Country office supplies at all times and monitor their
utilization.
5·Act as a focal point for guesthouse booking of Country Office expatriate staff.
6 Any other duties as requested by the Manager.
Qualifications
Computer literate – Basic MS Word, Excel, etc Arabic native speaker. Good knowledge of spoken and written in English.
Interests
Reading, cooking, Meeting people from different cultures, and Travelling.
