IMPORTANT AND TO BE NOTED:

The above cost does not include agency commission, celebrity/entourage fees, existing song buyout license except already mentioned
above. All disputes subject to Mumbai jurisdiction. This estimate is valid for 20 days from the above date.
On cancellation post approvals, HFLLP to be reimbursed at actuals against bills provided along with 100% of its markup expenses.
Client shall have worldwide and perpetual rights to display the film and other advertising material on its official website, digitally on its official pages and on its
social media pages such as Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, Twitter, etc. for archival or reference purposes
If audio and video rushes bought above, then client has rights to create any assets / awards AV across platforms for the next 2 years (TV/Digital/Cinema) from
third party vendor from video clip including VO/music from TVC/ edits (Clean file as well as any other required format file to be handed over to the agency as an
when requested)
WEATHER CLAUSE: In the event of postponement due to overcast or rain, HFLLP to be reimbursed at actuals against bills provided. This is provided we shoot the
very next day. In the event of cancellation due to overcast or rain, HFLLP to be reimbursed at actuals against bills provided alongiwth above Production House
Markup on Gross Total Cost of Master Production. Insuring the shoot against overcast or rain washout would be charged extra, at actuals.
COVID CLAUSE: In the event of postponement due to key crew (Director/ Producer/ DOP/ Actors) contacting COVID or if there is a change in schedule in the event
of any government directive/lockdown/curfew, HFLLP will not be held accountable or liable for change in schedule. We will schedule the shoot on the next available
date. However, in the event of cancellation by the Client due to this reschedule (because they do not want the film anymore because of the delay), then the Client
would need to reimburse for the costs on incurred expenses at actuals + Production House Mark up on Gross Total Cost of Master Production.
