Title: Runway Extension Project
Scenario: A regional airport is planning to extend one of their runways to accommodate larger
aircraft. The runway extension will require the airport to acquire additional land and make
significant changes to their existing runway, taxiway, and apron infrastructure. The project is
expected to take 24 months to complete and has a budget of $50 million.
Requirements:

 The runway extension must be completed within the 24-month timeline and $50 million
budget.
 The airport must continue to operate during the construction period, with minimal
disruption to airline schedules and passenger flow.
 Safety and environmental regulations must be strictly adhered to throughout the
project.
 Stakeholder communication and engagement is critical, including local residents,
airlines, regulatory agencies, and other airport tenants.

Assignment:
Develop a project plan that includes the following sections:

b. Stakeholder analysis and communication plan
c. Project schedule and budget
d. Resource allocation and risk management plan
