LEARNING FoR Life / LEADING IN Gouth/
LUTHERAN NORTH
To whom it may concern
Iwas initially impressed by Caty Stark’s enthusiasm, professional demeanor and inquisitiveness
when she began observing my U.S. Government classes as part of her secondary education
observation hours. During this past year, Caty has completed her student teaching requirements
in my 20" Century History classes, and she consistently demonstrated these qualities and
developed effective instructional practices, adaptability for student's needs, and effectively
connects to the students for engagement in daily lessons.
Caty is reliable, passionate about education and has excellent organizational skills. Teaching
requires flexibility and a willingness to collaborate with households and colleagues for the
student’s learning success. | have thoroughly enjoyed having Caty as part of our team at
Lutheran North High School. Caty contributes to professional development days by asking
questions to understand the connections between theory and practice. Her inquisitiveness does
not stop at simply hearing the answers to questions, Caty contributes possible solutions for
improving student learning and school culture, Caty multitasks effectively and shares her
knowledge and skills with her colleagues.
Caty is hardworking, able to work with minimal supervision, and her team player mind-set make
her an asset to the high school social studies program. She has my highest recommendation, and
Tam happy to provide more details if you would like additional information.
Sincerely,
‘ Natalie Haupt
