    DEMAND LETTER
    Dear MR. EXCEL NAZAREN I. PALAD,
    This is to inform you in the matter of not complying to pay the amount of
    P49,200.00 ( FORTY NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS) since MARCH 31,
    2017 as guarantor of your mother, MERLY I. PALAD and agreed to pay P8,200
    (EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS) weekly as follows:
    April 07, 2017 P8,000 April 28, 2017 P8,000
    April 14, 2017 P8,000 May 05, 2017 P8,000
    April 21, 2017 P8,000 May 12, 2017 P8,000
    I’m asking you to come in our address to settle the said amount within 5
    days upon receiving this letter, or we will be forced to ask our counsel to file a
    case against you in the court for estafa.
    Hoping for your immediate response regarding this matter.
