Overview:
This report discusses the performance analysis results of the employees of
Diana Community Services in the last three months. This report includes
communication issues and increased medication error. The Diana Community
Services conducted regular monitoring and concluded shortcomings to assess
training.
The Analysis:
The purpose of this performance report is to outline the progress of the Diana
Community Services and establish corrective measures. This report focused on
the employee’s performance on 3- months’ performance-based analysis
measured through communication and proper medication delivery. The
analysis emphasized data gathering through a 360- feedback.
