SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Street, East Kamias, Quezon City, do hereby name, constitute and appoint
ROMANA TEODORA ABRIGO TSUSAKA or CHERRY BLOSSOM ABRIGO both of
legal age and with address at 137-A K6th Street, East Kamias, Quezon City, to be
my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for myself and in my name, stead and behalf,
to do and perform the following acts and things namely:

To sell, transfer, encumber, convey or assign all or a portion of my PETRON

shares of stock to any person or entity with or without my written consent at the
amount my attorney in fact determines best.

To execute, sign and deliver any and all necessary and required documents
to carry out or accomplish the transfer, sale, encumbrance, conveyance or
assignment of my shares or portion thereof.

To receive all dividends, whether cash, stock or property, rights and other
fruits or avails accruing to me, to demand for the issuance, in his name, of the
Certificate/s of Stock for the company and to take possession or custody thereof
or to dispose thereof.

To institute or defend actions for the protection or preservation of my/his

interest over the shares of stock.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said attorney-in-fact full power
and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry
into full effect the foregoing authorities as fully to all intents and purposes as I
might or could lawfully do it personally present, and hereby ratifying and
confirming that my attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
hereof.
