Influence of Tiktok's reviewer on purchases through e-commerce.

ABSTRUCT

In fact, in today's digital technology era, most people buy goods online on many different sales
platforms. Especially, the type of entertainment that combines media and product promotion is
dominating the shopping market and can meet today's social needs. As a result, the goal of this study is
to examine the relationship between attitude, subjective norms, and PBC of people in HCM city affecting
purchase intention on TikTok's shop. Finally, this study investigates the influence of tiktoker reviews on
users' purchase after watching the review clip and suggests some implications for sales on this platform.
