- Practice gratitude and keep a gratitude journal.
o To reduce stress, improve self-esteem, and foster resilience even in
very difficult times.
o Think of people, moments, or things that bring you some kind of
comfort or happiness and express your gratitude at least once a day.

- Open yourself up to humor.
o Be humorous in all situations, especially the difficult ones.
o Give yourself permission to laugh.
- Spend time with positive people.
o To increase your chances of reaching goals.
o To lift you up and help you see the bright side.

affirmations.
o Giving a compliment or doing something nice for yourself or for
