Tips to Increase Our Muscle Size

Most of people want to have a prime muscle. For athlete, prime muscle the thing must be had
by them to catch up to the demand of their sports. For common people, prime muscle size
can boost their confidence. It also adds their strength. More strength means more power to do
something. However, not everyone knows how to do it. So, here are tips we can give to
increase our muscle size :
1. Lift heavy loads and squeeze the reps into clusters
Instead of lifting moderate loads with many reps, we can change it into lifting heavy
loads into 2 cluster sets. It can increase the amount of tension. The big amount of tension can
increase the size of our muscle.
2. Be explosive
Lifting as fast and explosive as possible can increase the muscle size. Lifting
explosive can increase the use of stored elastic energy.
3. Doing drop set
Doing repetition can lead us into overtraining. Instead of doing repetition, we can do
drop set where we cut the next set 25 percent from the initial set. Using drop sets can give us
greater metabolites.
4. Use higher rep ranges during rest days
Variety is the key. During our rest days, we can use varieties in rep ranges, especially
higher rep ranges. Higher rep ranges still gives enough energy for muscle to do recovery
while working.
5. Do real lifts
Real lifts can activate muscles throughout our body. The examples of real lift are
squats, deads, and presses.
