Message output determination

Steps

1.Define condition table for PO (999)

2.Define access sequence (9999) and assignment of Condition table (999).

3.Define message output type (ZNE9) for PO and assign access sequence (9999)

4.Define Message schema (ZPUR) for PO and assign the message output (ZNE9)

5.Assign Message schema (ZPUR) for purchase order EF

OLME

Purchasing -> Messages -> output Control -> Conditions -> define condition table for purchase order

Purchasing -> Messages -> output Control ->Access Sequences->Define access sequence for purchase
order
Click New Entries and give new access sequence 9999 and click access assign the created condition table

By click fields you can see the fields that we selected in condition table 999
Purchasing -> Messages -> output Control-> Message types ->Define message type for purchase order

Create New message output type from copying the standard NEU and assign access sequence 9999 we
created, click enter and copy all
Purchasing -> Messages -> output Control->Message determination schema ->Define message schema
for Purchase order -> Maintain message determination schema for purchase order

Create a new procedure and assign the output type we created ZNE9
Now click control data assign the message output type to it.

Assign schema to purchase order

For EF assign the created procedure and save

Create a purchase order and check in messages to see the configured output type reflecting in Purchase
order.
