    FIELD INSPECTION INSTRUCTION FOR 1.5” ID


    SWIVEL ASSEMBLY, 15,000 PSI WP

    This swivel assembly was used with 2” 1502 Weco Union.


    It has an ID of 1.5”.
    The wall thickness on the main housing has a sufficient safety factor exceeding the API 6A requirement.
    The shaft has critical areas and should be inspected for wear, tear and erosion damages.
    The shaft should be inspected at locations A, B, C & D as per table below.
