Project Title: AIP PROJECT- LOVESTRUCK WEDDING PLANNERS

Wedding service industry was valued at $160,587.40 million in the fiscal year 2020. It is
forecasted that this industry will grow at 4.8% CAGR from 2021 to 2030 and reach a valuation
of $414,285.70 million (Alliedmarketresearch.com, 2022). It provides huge scope to wedding
service agency Lovestruck wedding agency to cater to better market growth, achieve higher
profitability, and better sustainability. In this regard, effective marketing planning has been
conducted through social media to increase popularity and gain more attention from the
audience.

Mission:
The mission of the company is to position itself as a strong leading player in the wedding service
industry in Canada. Moreover, company wants to be first choice of couples for wedding services.

Objective:
● Increased the popularity of company service through social media marketing campaigns
and by use of printed media.
● Conduct at least 10 weddings in the first years of the start of the business and improve
overall customer experience.
● Increased market share in the wedding service industry in Canada
● Hired 20 highly productive and efficient staff at an early stage of business to provide
better service.
● Increased profitability and revenue and maximise growth

This project would keep out travel and lodging preparations for their wedding. Moreover, the
service would not cover up receiving the required permissions. Wedding managers would run
this project to give full help in choosing, planning, issuing and administering invitations.

months. In addition, it will take around 3 months to successfully makes wedding planning and
enrich the consumer experience.

Cost is a major project that needs more attention to increase profitability and maximise the value
of shareholders (Joseph, Maloney & Possingham, 2019). Accurate budgets have been prepared
for successfully initiating wedding events that help couples to understand what will cost for a
wedding. In addition, cost analysis assists to eliminate unnecessary expenses and gives more
attention to the primary activity of event planning. As result, the overall profitability of the
