1) NETWORK PRINTER: ALL computers to be connected must be NETWORK READY. Purchase price includes configuration of 8 computers. PTC
reserves the right to charge additional configurations at $45.00 per computer.

SERVICE & MAINTENANCE WARRANTY
We will provide 7 years total service warranty for the above copier. There shall be a
monthly minimum charge of $12.00, which will include 1700 b/w copies. Subsequent copies
will be charged at 12 cents flat for color copies and 0.7 cents for black & white copies.
Under the above warranty, we will provide service and maintenance, including replacement
of spare parts, drum & supply of toner except paper.
