2. In connection with the above reference, Please be informed that on

September 3, 2018 at about 9:30AM, one team from this office led PCINSP MARK
RONAN B BALMACEDA, ACC, on board with marked vehicle bearing with plate no.
SAA 3942 conducted mobile patrolling in the area of San Francisco and all of
Agusan del Sur. purposely to ensure/secure vital installations, preempt any unlawful
activities of lawless elements in our area of responsibility.

3. Activity ended at about 4:30PM of the same date with positive outcomes.
