    Mr. Arnaldo A. Ramos (search and rescue personnel)
    Mr. Carlou T. Lofecillo (Weather forecaster)
    (The speakers are Iligan City DRRMO training personnel, basic life support,
    basic first aid and DRRM instructors and are earthquake drill evaluators)
    IV. Rationale: For us students to learn the values of good citizenship and unity
    so that we would become an asset that can provide a solution to the present
    environment crisis and can contribute to nation-building.
    V. Topic: Disaster Risk Management
    VI. 5 things learned in the seminar are:
    - How to designate roles and responsibilities
    - How to apply strategies to prevent new disaster risk
    - How to reduce existing disaster risk and manage residual risk
    - identify organizational resources
