I had no issues with her during her task as she did a great jon at Smart Reader Kids.

MS. Nithiyaa was always flexible during her work days as she helped us for covering up
one of the teacher who were on her medical leave for almost 2 months.

MS. Nithiyaa was a joyful person as she always put a smile when she meets her co
workers and also the parents. She able to deliver her thoughts rightly.

It was not a easy task for Ms. Nithiyaa as she had to handle the autism students
together with the normal student in her class. Besides, she well managed and able to
deliver the lesson for both category students equally.

MS Nithiyaa took some time to address her students progress yet she came up with an
idea to improve the kids.

MS. Nithiyaa is capable in teaching the kids. As, she came to Smart Reader with zero
knowledge and did a great job there. There are some things that Ms. Nithiyaa could
consider to develop in future, which is she could use more digital tecknologies in her
teaching.
