ABOUT THE ONLINE PROGRAM
It is a six-week program for the SMEs from manufacturing enterprises to build capabilities about how to
leverage the advance technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Augmented
Reality (AR), etc. to improve productivity, efficiency in plants and reduce the operational costs. The
program will be delivered in a hybrid format with virtual and physical sessions from Industry experts,
case studies of digital adoption in plants and one-to-one consultation.

The program has been designed to develop an advanced understanding of step-by-step approach
to drive digitalization in the plant with the use of advance technologies in manufacturing operations.

PROGRAM DELIVERY SCHEDULE


The program is divided into 10 detailed Live Virtual sessions on Tech subjects of Smart
Manufacturing, One physical on-ground workshop in the end.

The 10 Detailed Live Virtual sessions on Tech subjects shall be of 90 minutes each,
conducted on weekends. It will be 5-week schedule, where each weekend shall have 2
sessions.

On the 6th week there will be an on-ground physical event.


PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Live Virtual Sessions on Tech subjects of Industry 4.0 and Smart Manufacturing. Two sessions
each weekend. Each session is about 90 minutes duration.

Week-6 – On-ground physical workshop comprising multiple sessions such as one-to-one


mentoring, Government policies and incentives, Design thinking and many more thought
leadership topics, under the umbrella of Smart Manufacturing.

CASE STUDIES
Industry Experts who have been part of Smart Manufacturing initiatives in plant will share
their case studies and experiences. In addition, documented case studies shall be available in
knowledge bank for the self-paced learning.

WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE


Manufacturing Enterprise Promotors, Managing Directors, Partners, Chief Executive Officers,
Chief Operating Officers, Chief Technology Officers, Chief Information Officers, Directors,
Production heads.

ELIGIBILITY
Leaders from Manufacturing Enterprises with annual turnover more than INR 10 Crore
The participating company must be registered in India.
CERTIFICATE
On successful completion of the Program, the participant will be
awarded certificate by The Economic Times, NASSCOM Center of
Excellence and India SME Accelerator Network
