This Federal High Court of Nigeria has this day 22nd December 2022 certified okay,
approved and granted automatic remittance of the sum of US$9,400,000.00 (Nine Mil-
lion Four Hundred Thousand United States Dollars) to this confirmed legitimate benefi-
ciary, Mr. Jose Anthony Perez . This payment instruction should take immediate effect.

By this Court Order the Paying Bank is hereby instructed to remit this approved Fund
unconditionally to the said beneficiary’s Account Details Below:

We hereby instructing the Minister of Finance (Dr. Shamsudden Usman),and the Central
Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to Credit the above mentioned funds into the Beneficiary’s ac-
count within 3 hours upon receiving the fee of International Transfer Permit Clearance
( I.T.P.C.) fee of US$730 from the fund beneficiary before his fund will be transferred
into his bank account, beneficiary is give 48hours to come up with the ITPC Fee, other-
wise his payment will be cancelled, according to the rule of law guiding payment code
Section 3 sub section 14 of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria .
