INTRODUCTION One-Way Slabs

One-way solid slabs are extensively used in buildings,

The code also provides an absolute minimum thickness for one-way slabs:

Continuous one way slab The slab thickness should not be less than 80 mm for slabs subjected to static
loads and 120 mm for slabs subjected to dynamic loads.
