Step 2: Developing a questionnaire.
Questionnaire.
This survey is intended to get your feedback on the vocabulary used in an HIV/AIDS
brochure. We are hoping for an open and truthful answer to these questions. Since
different people have different viewpoints, please bear in mind that we are interested
in your own. There are no incorrect responses.
Instructions.
1. Please take your time to read each question. Allow yourself as much time as
you require. Please complete the questionnaire from front to back.
2. Be sure to follow the instructions for answering each set of questions. Please
answer all of the questions without skipping any.
