    RE: Intriguing against or causing unduly prejudice to a co-employee/TSP

    We received an incident report from an anonymous person regarding your involvement in a group chat
    created to possibly disdain the characters of our Telesales Team Leaders.

    In this regard, please explain in writing within three (3) days from receipt thereof, why you should not
    be subject to appropriate disciplinary action in connection with the foregoing acts or misconduct. Failure
    to respond within the period given will be construed as a waiver of your right to be heard and the
    investigation on the foregoing matter will proceed.
