RE: Final Written Warning – Neglect of Duty

This letter serves as a Final Written Warning by your failure to adhere to the TSP Policy Guidelines which caused a
complaint from a Team Leader. The following were included in the complaint:

1. Failure to follow required procedures and improper usage of tools, i.e Zoho CRM Tool last January
2022 and March 2022.

Unfortunately, you have remiss your duty. It is specifically stated in our Travel Service Contract Agreement that a
Travel Service Provider – Outbound Agent must fully comply with the Zoho Tasks namely Contact Creation,
Immediate sending of Quotations and Deals creation on every quotation and Timely update of the deals on the
pipeline stage.

Hence, we are constrained to issue you a Final Written Warning to correct and avoid similar violations moving
forward. Please be informed also that a repetition of the same offense will merit a stiffer sanction including
immediate termination of your Service Agreement.
