Person is visiting IESCO office to discuss a complaint for the replacement of his/
her
premises electric meter. Assume he/ she does not carry electric bill for the
reference
purpose during the visit.
The receptionist will search the given details in the form of a query in the database.
If the query is successfully executed and the receptionist verifies whether the
electric meter is allotted to the consumer, the complaint will be accepted and a
complaint invoice will be generated.
