FOOD INTAKE

I am a teenager who is underweight, so I am adding to my diet so that I can gain

weight. I try to eat nutritious food so that my nutrition is sufficient. I drink milk
regularly in the morning and I always have breakfast in the morning by consuming rice,
vegetables and side dishes. I always drink 1.5 liters of water per day and I also consume
bottled drinks. During the day and evening I like to buy snacks such as cilor skewers,
pekempek, dumplings, takoyaki and meatballs. I regularly play basketball 2 times a
week, so my body sweats and energy is released, therefore I always consume as much
water as possible so that my body fluids don't decrease. After doing sports I always eat
nutritious intake rich in fiber and protein so that my intake and energy that comes out is
replenished, what I eat after exercise is eating rice with a side dish of chicken and fresh
vegetables then I eat fruit sometimes I eat soup, eat fried rice etc. I routinely drink
enervon-c vitamins every day before the activity takes place so that my stamina is
strong.
