A book that I recently read, that I really enjoyed and learned a lot from it, was “Right from Wrong” by
the best-selling and well-recognized author and pastor, Josh McDowell. The book explain how young
people cannot determinate when something is right or wrong by the way, the society is acting
nowadays. This book teach the reader to identify what things are wrong and prejudicial for the future.

I first heard about the book when I was listening a podcast where two people were talking about book
that have a positive impact in their life, and they talked about Josh M. and his book.

What I like about this book is that gives examples and testimonies from real people, and that helped me
to connect more with the book. This book is so good and helpful; the only thing that I dislike was that
the beginning stared with a lot of scientist concept that make the book hard to digest.

decisions.

helpful. The only downside for me was that the beginning of the book contained a lot of scientific
concepts that made it a bit difficult to fully understand."

culture of France, while watching a Japanese film might give me a sense of the traditional and reserved
culture of Japan. Additionally, watching movies from other countries can give me a glimpse into the
everyday lives of people in those countries and the various challenges they face.

By watching films from another country, I have learned a lot about the culture, cuisine, tradition and
daily life of various people. For example, in Mexican culture, people is used to spend time with their
family every weekend, while in Japan, there are a diverse of delicious cuisine, with sushi and ramen
been very common in their diet. Additionally, in the United Stated, food such as hamburger, pasta,
hotdog and fries, are very common in people’s diet. In general, films tend to represent a reality of a
country culture and we can learn a lot from it.

One hobby that I really enjoy is reading. I have been an avid reader for as long as I can remember, and it
brings me a lot of joy and relaxation. Reading is an escape from everyday stresses and allows me to get
lost in different worlds and experience new ideas and perspectives. I usually read a variety of genres,
from fiction to non-fiction, and try to mix it up so I'm always discovering something new. I often read on
my own, but I also enjoy discussing books with friends and joining book clubs to share my thoughts and
learn from others. Reading is important to me because it helps me expand my knowledge and
understanding of the world, and it also allows me to relax and unwind after a long day. It's a hobby that I
always make time for, and I think it's something that everyone should try to incorporate into their lives
in some way.

PHENOMENON.’’
Recent studies have shown an increase in the elder community. There are many reasons why this
phenomenon occur. One consequence of this is the low pension income that older people receive when
they retire, which make very difficult to cover all their food and health expenses. Other reason is that
healthcare system and medicine is very expensive to pay and make a necessity for elder people to work
to cover their expenses. In general, for the reason discussed above, people are living longer today.

‘’A UNIVERSITY PLANS TO DEVELOP A NEW RESEARCH CENTER IN YOUR COUNTRY. SOME PEOPLE WANT

(FARMING). WHICH ONE THESE TWO KINDS OF RESEARCH CENTERS WOULD YOU RECOMMEND AND
WHY?’’

It is very difficult for me to choose one kind of topic over the other.

I STRONGLY DISAGREE WITH THE STATEMENT THAT INDIVIDUALS SHOULD KEEP ALL THE MONEY THEY
EARN AND NOT PAY TAXES FOR TWO MAIN REASONS. FIRST AND FOREMOST, TAXPAYER MONEY
COLLECTED BY THE GOVERNMENT IS USED TO FUND BASIC AMENITIES AND PUBLIC SERVICES, SUCH AS
RUNNING WATER, SCHOOLS, AND HOSPITALS. IT’S IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT WITHOUT
TAXPAYER MONEY WE SHOULD NOT HAVE SUCH BASIC SERVICES AND OUR LIVES WOULD BE WORSE
OFF AS A RESULT. ADDITIONALLY, TAXES HELP STABILIZE THE ECONOMY. THROUGH TAXES, THE
GOVERNMENT IS ABLE TO PAY OFF DEBTS AND INVEST IN THE COUNTRY, WHICH, IN TURN, LEADS TO A
MORE STABLE AND PROSPEROUS PLACE TO LIVE. IN CONCLUSION, EVEN THOUGH MANY PEOPLE ARGUE
THAT WE SHOULD NOT PAY TAXES, BASED ON THE REASONS DISCUSSED, I BELIEVE TAXATION IS VITAL
IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN A HIGH STANDARD OF LIVING.
