NOTICE

Subject: Scrutiny Status of candidates in respect of recruitment of 02-UR vacancies for

the post of Auxiliary Nursing Midwife (ANM) advertised vide Post Category No.
ER11422 of Advt. No. Phase-X/2022/Selection Posts- reg.

On scrutiny of the hard copies of Applications along with supporting documents of

candidates, who have been declared provisionally qualified in the Computer Based Mode
(CBM) of Examination for Phase-X/2022/Selection Posts for the post of Auxiliary Nursing
Midwife (ANM) [Post Category No. ER11422] in Central Government Health Scheme,
Kolkata, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, 6, Esplanade East (Ground Floor), Kolkata-
700069 on the basis of Essential Qualification and other relevant terms & conditions of
recruitment as mentioned in the Advertisement Notice, preliminary scrutiny status of the
candidates was uploaded on the website seeking representation, if any, from the candidates
within the stipulated time period. Representations submitted by the candidates were
considered and after due consideration the name of following candidates has been placed in
the “Tentative EQ Accepted List”:

I/2326/2023 Document Verification of candidates who are found provisionally eligible at the
Scrutiny Stage is scheduled to be held on 21.03.2023 at the Office premises of SSC (ER),
Kolkata. Candidates are requested to appear in Document Verification on the scheduled date
& time mentioned in the Call Letter which will be uploaded on the website of SSC (ER) in due
course.

3. It may please be note that date, time and venue of Document Verification is final
and any request with regard to change in date, time and venue of Document Verification will
not be entertained in any manner and the Commission is not liable to provide any reply in
this regard.
