The Program
Purpose:
A progressive course in which we strive to guide participants beyond their exercise and nutrition barriers for ultimate success in reaching their goals for a strong, healthy body.

Our Staff
Nat Holmes
Certified Personal Trainer & Massage Therapist. Specializes in weight training, injury rehabilitation, and weight loss programs. Extensive experience in the field of exercise.

Nutrition Clinic Details:

Jesse Hyder Goal:


All encompassing body workouts with the ultimate goal of building lean muscle mass while increasing cardio endurance. Lead by expert personal trainers, each with a workout style of their own.

Certified Personal Trainer. Specializes in healthy eating, Olympic weight lifting, running and motivation. Years of experience in training all age groups and fitness levels.

Improve cardio endurance Increase muscle strength and overall percentage of muscle throughout the body

Boot Camp Coordinator. BS in Recreation from Western Michigan University. AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness and CAT Instructor.
