    Platform: A Guide to Cluster Initiatives

    Under the COSME and Horizon programmes, the European Cluster Collaboration
    Platform (ECCP) is the leading European hub for international industrial cluster
    cooperation. Ongoing ECCP initiatives are launched by the European Commission under
    the COSME and Horizon programmes, with the ultimate goal of boosting economic
    growth and competitiveness in Europe. The ECCP initiatives factsheet regroups these
