Nike Refund Method

Refunding from Nike can be done in 2 ways but DNA is the most common for
this. Nike will start an investigation most of the time but do not worry about
that. They tell that to scare you off and it will take around 7 days. At day 4-5
contact them again and ask about the status they will probably tell you they
don’t have any new information yet. On day 7 they are forced to give you the
money back since you still don’t have the item.

They are using a livechat so be sure to be prepared with your story and keep
calm, do not panic at all. If you want a faster refund and the support tells you
they will start an investigation you can always close the chat and reopen it
again, tell them you got disconnected. You will get another support guy so he
won’t see the other chat.

There is also a chance that you will get an instant refund and then you are
one of the lucky persons who will get this. It is the best feeling you can get.

Method 1 (DNA):

Step 1: Order the Items you would like to have (Max 300 euro to be safe)

Step 2: Wait till you received your package.

Step 3: Wait 2-3 days and contact the support and tell them you package is
still not at your place and act worried. Make up a nice message and make
sure you sound like a worried customer. If you only ordered 1 expensive item
you can always add that it was for a birthday or something else that is
important.

Method 2 (Partial):
Step 1: Order 4-6 items and pick 2 items out of that order you would like to
have. For example you order a total of 200 euro and you would like to keep 2
items that are worth 100 euro.

Step 2: Wait till your order arrived.

Step 3: Contact support and tell them you are missing 2 items from your
order. (They probably want you to sign a form, that’s okay you can sign it.

Step 4: Wait till they say you will get a refund for the missing items.
Step 5(optional): Return the other 4 items and get the money from that back
as well.
