MARKETING PLAN
RMJ's Budbod N' Cafe is a new business that specializes in
flavored Budbod using local-sourced ingredients and authentic
Filipino recipes. The company needs a comprehensive marketing
plan to establish a strong brand identity, attract new customers,
and build a loyal customer base. The marketing plan will cover
pricing, distribution, promotion, packaging, product forecast,
and controls. The goal is to become a go-to destination for a
unique culinary experience, increase revenue, and set the stage
for long-term growth. The plan will serve as a roadmap for
marketing efforts, measure success, and make necessary
adjustments to achieve goals.
A.) Pricing
RMJ's Budbod N' Cafe has determined the pricing for flavored
budbod by considering the cost of ingredients, labor, overhead
expenses, and competitors' pricing strategies. A single serving
of flavored budbod will be priced at, which is competitive and
attractive to the target market of students, young professionals,
and families. The company also plans to offer bundle deals to
encourage customers to try different flavors and increase sales.
The pricing strategy aims to be competitive, profitable, and
appealing to the target market's budget and preferences.
B.) Distribution
In the marketing plan for RMJ's Budbod N' Cafe, we will
focus on several distribution channels to reach our target

These events are a great way to reach a large number of potential

Additionally, we have a well-defined organizational structure
that outlines the roles and responsibilities of each member. This
plan will guide us in achieving our long-term goals while
striving for growth and success in the industry.

A) Form of Ownership

The RMJ's Budbod N' Café company, which is based in


Poblacion, Vallehermoso Negros Oriental, is owned by six
partners. The general partnership business structure allows them
to pool their resources, including money and talents. This
company's goals are to make a profit and satisfy customers by
providing them with a distinctive and delectable Flavour Budbod
taste.
B) Identification of partners or principals’ shareholders.
All members of the RMJ’s Budbod N’ Café company will be
liable for all debts and obligations of the enterprises,
including judgments, and the members manage the business equally.
100% of the total cost of the project will come from the personal
investment of the main owners, and the partners will share the
profits equally.
C)Authority of Principals
The authority of the principals in RMJ's Budbod N' Café is
derived from their ownership of the business. Jessa Mea Bacus,
Jenezel Bonghanoy, Joyce Tugahan, Mia Cielo Savannah Llandres,
Rhonalyn Ombrero, and Jemelyn Pagara collectively own the
business and therefore have the authority to make decisions that
affect the enterprise. They have the power to implement policies,
approve major expenditures, and create business strategies. The
principals also have the responsibility of overseeing the daily
operational activities of the business to ensure it runs
smoothly.
D)Management of team-background
The management team of RMJ's Budbod N' Café comprises
experienced individuals with extensive knowledge of food and
beverage management. They have diverse backgrounds and skill sets
that make them suitable for their respective roles in the
organization. Jessa Mea Bacus serves as the general manager and
is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the
business.Mia Cielo savannah Llandres is the head chef and has
years of experience in the food industry. Joyce Tugahan manages
the finances and is responsible for budgeting and financial
reporting. Jenezel Bonghanoy is the marketing and sales manager

Rhonalyn Ombrero is in charge of human resources and ensures
