January 31, 2023, as a Thai in distress. Due to problems from
employers and financial problems wishing to return to Thailand at the
earliest opportunity

In this regard, the embassy Requesting the courtesy of

Kosal Buddha Vihara Temple, New Delhi, to provide a temporary
shelter for Ms. Thorfan during the period of applying for an outbound
travel document on Foreigners Regional Registration Office.
