Hello my Name is Rajat Gupta.. I live in New Delhi and done my schooling from Raja Ram Roy Public
School in 2015 after that I done my BBA ( General ) from Manav Rachna International Institute of
Research and Studies in 2018.. I am professional cricketer also.. I am in the college cricket team.. after
my Graduation i headed into my father business.. He has a woolen shawls business in Chandni Chowk
but due to some financial crisis in NOV 2019… I joined Pradyumna Infotech in December 2019 as a
fresher ( IT Technical Recruiter )... and i resigned from the company as ( Team Leader ) in December
2022.. because of some health issues..
What is a technical recruiter?
Technical Recruiter is a position related to Human Resources Specialist is a recruiter who specializes in
finding candidates for technical positions such as IT and engineering jobs. Technical recruiters work
directly with the hiring managers and provide the best candidates by going through the whole process
that starts with screening to onboarding. Technical Recruiters perform several duties during their quest
to find the top talent in the technical world that includes- Develop Recruiting Strategies Create Job
Descriptions Posting Jobs on Different portals Screening the Resumes according to the hiring manager

The Reason behind being confident in my recruitment skills are- Sourcing the right fit Fruitful
communication with the candidate Maintaining the relationship and building the trust by which
candidate doesn’t backout Taking follow up calls and inline the candidate with the procedure. Making a
great pool for the clients

Process and skill required to place a candidate: Understand the requirement according to the client's
requirement, taking a deep study on the same for the better understanding. Preparing the right JD
Searching the right candidate and screening them according to the requirement Maintaining data and
taking shortlisting on the profiles Managing the interview rounds Inclining with the candidates and
taking proper follow up. Preventing the backouts Taking regular feed backs from client and candidates

I believe I am a good fit as I am having that passion to work and put all my learnings and all my
experience into a valuable organization. I am a good fit as I am having all the matching experience what
this role requires and I am well versed with all the recruitment qualities and If I talk about towards
organization goal I am very flexible and adaptive to learning new things, which means I will be able to
contribute something capable to the growth of the company.

What all tools do you plan to use to


achieve your placement targets as a
recruiter?
The tools that I have planned are - LinkedIn- LinkedIn is a best platform for sourcing the right candidate
as we can find Thousands of candidates by adding our filter accordingly. And it's a common platform
where the candidate can reach out us or we can reach out them through making connections, job
postings, boolean searches etc. Naukri- I have well versed experience of Naukri and a great hand
holding. Naukri is a direct pool from which we can fetch the right data. There are several methods of
Fetching data or finding the right candidate that includes searching the candidate by adding filters, using
Boolean search or mass mailings. Instahyre- Instahyre is also a great place from where we can fetch the
quality data and by doing the mass mailing we can target the immediate joiners. Angelist and Hirist-
These are some portals from which we can fetch data online without taking subscriptions. Maintaining
personal data- Manitaining our own personal data can also help us to find the candidiate as we don’t
need to move on portals firstly we can check our personal data.

What is your formula that you use to


achieve success in your personal life?
My one formula towards success is always try and give your best, no matters how many failures you are
facing in life. Always stand up and run as fast as you can towards success and never give up. Its upon us
how much we can put efforts to achieve our goal and no one can stop. We ourself have to make the
road map of our success, so always stand and work and never give up.
