the teacher candidate. I would encourage the TC to continue getting to know her students and communicating expectations to them in positive ways.

The teacher candidate is highly professional. She is never late, highly dependable, organized and a positive role model within the building. The TC follows the
behavior plans that have been set. She carries them through calmly and treats the students with dignity and respect. She is careful to use age appropriate language
with students and meets them where they are at. She also attends after school events. I encourage the TC to seek out opportunity to engage with and work with
other staff, attend staff meetings and look for ways to be helpful around the school building.

Kaylie is very dedicated to teaching and learning. She works hard to master the content she is teaching. She puts in a lot of time outside of the school day to be
prepared for the day. She has a natural talent for working with students and seems very comfortable when teaching and working with them. She is great at asking
guiding questions, firm yet caring, and has an excellent grasp of best practices for lessons.
