I ensured that our team were writing the formulae correctly as we had some problems at the

beginning. This definitely helped us in starting our discussions as we had limited time .I
ensured that each and every team member were cooperating with each other.
2. Key Area 2: Explanation and justification.
Then I also assisted my friends in managing the time despite my incapacity to do so.Time
management was necessary as we had to present the materials during the same class. While
my teammates were discussing on our topic, I made sure to note each and every points. No
opinions were left behind.

I could see that I was good at grabbing opportunities and explaining our group's solution too. I
felt that explaining ideas and matters were one of my strengths as we went on with the flip class.
I felt that this strength helped my team to jot down every points and make good presentation. So
I feel and hope that such skills will not only help in learning BPD but also help in my future
career while doing projects,OJTs(on job training) sessions and so on.I many a times heard my
tutors say that presenting skillls are must during the third and final years.

2. Key Area 2: Observation, explanation and justification.

Then I could also observe that I was capable of good speaking. In today's world speaking is one
of the needy skillls and during the flip sessions ,it enabled my team to better interact ,participate
and find required points. Speaking is one of the main means of communication and I feel it will
be my trump card in the near future.

The weakness that I discovered was my interaction with my friends. Though i could explain
and teach the concepts/points/ideas to my teammates, I felt that I was not as interactive as
my tutor would have wanted. Though I feel that this weakness of mine is not a major
concern, I believe that gradually as time passes, as we take on more flip classes, and as I get
to know my friends better, I think I can gradually improve on it and allow me to be more
interactive.
2. Key Area 2: Observation, explanation, and justification.
Then I also witnessed that during the flip sessions, I was lacking a bit behind in the field of
discussion. Then one of my weaknesses was not being able to ask questions and doubts
which has become a habitual action of mine. I could probably tackle it through the usage of
the internet or asking for help from our tutors or friends.
Discussion was one of the key abilities/strengths of my team. It plays a vital role in promoting
our learning and also helps us gain more knowledge and wisdom. Moreover, it is one of the main
source to provide us with the strength to ward off many problems. I could also see that our team
members were being so polite to each other and they were respecting each other's opinions.
2. Key Area 2: Observation, explanation and justification.
Then I could see that our team could provide many points and ideas. So I could say that our team
was ever ready as many of them had already been reading and studying the materials provided by
the tutor. This skill or means can probably help us in providing us with many points, and we can
prepare for the presentations a lot faster and easier and save a lot of time.

I came to see that our team wanted to throw unnecessary doubts and questions, especially me.
This is the main point where i feel we were behind and I think that the cause was due to another
weakness, that is having lesser communication (communication gap) and interaction among the
team. We could probably improve on it if we could discuss on the doubts before asking it. Then
we could also improve on our communication so that we won't be asking doubts that are not that
important.
2. Key Area 2: Observation, explanation, and justification.
Then there was hesitation. Most of the team members knew a lot on our topic but most of them
weren't willing to say it out loud, probably because of their lack in confidence. We could
improve on it if we do more flip sessions and interact with not only the team members but also
our classmates.

.
We learnt on what dressing of stones was, its objectives in doing and how stones can get
deteriorated in many ways. We also learnt on artificial stones ,its examples and its
advantages. We also learnt on methods of testing stones and its classification too.
2. Key Lesson/Topic/Concept Learnt 2: Explanation and justification.
Besides academic lessons, I could understand more on the reasons and the needs to work
as a team. That we should be always prepared not only for flip classes but also for life. I also
learnt to respect the time and respect my teammates; opinions and ideas.
3. Key Lesson/Topic/Concept Learnt 3: Explanation and justification.
We need teamwork while doing projects at sites as an engineer. We also have to know how
to respect others as it would help in building good relations with others. By respecting we
earn other's trust and we require time management as it will help us in building a sense of
responsibility.
2. Application 2: Explanation and justification.
We can use the knowledge and determine the quality of stones through many tests. We can
easily identify the different stones and avoid making error in using the right stones as per
the requirements.

The theory and application of computing solutions to mathematical problems in

engineering, such as image and signal processing, telecommunication, data mining,
computational finance, bioinformatics, optimization, and partial differential equations, are
also addressed in applications of linear differential equations. These applications also
include determining motion of a rising or falling object with air resistance and finding
current in an electrical circuit
