    Re: Change of Shift Schedule Request

    Dear Kaito Kaijima:

    I, Apple Mae J. Bacalso, would like to request for a change in my work schedule as I will be taking up my
    Master’s Degree in Education for Early Childhood. I currently work from 5am-12pm on Saturdays-
    Wednesdays and would like to change it to 4pm-12am with the same abovementioned days.

    I am confident that these changes will not be detrimental to the company. These changes are the best
    option both for myself and the company.
