This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed and entered into by:
We, LUZVIMINDA VALENTIN BARTOLOME, of legal age, married, Filipino, and with Postal
Address at Purok 6, Barangay Poblacion, Carasi, Ilocos Norte, Philippines and EVANGELINE
VALENTIN RAMON, of legal age, Filipino, married and with Postal Address at Barangay Virbira,
Carasi, Ilocos Norte, Philippines herein referred to as the “SELLER”
-AND-
I, JAIME AGNGARAY GAMIAO, JR., of legal age, single, Filipino citizen with Postal Address
at #410 Sitio Cuba, Calog Sur, Abulug, Cagayan, Philippines hereinafter referred to as “VENDEE”.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the SELLERS are the registered owner of the Two (2) parcel of land located at
Libertad, Abulug, Cagayan and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title NO. 034-2019000155
containing a total area of EIGHT HINDRED (800) Square Meter more or less, and more
particularly described as follows:

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS ONLY
(P2,000,000.00) Philippine Currency, hand paid by the VENDEE to the Vendor, the SELLER DO
HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of ABSOLUTE SALE unto the said BUYER, his heirs
and assigns, the certain parcel of land together all the improvements found thereon, free from
all liens and encumbrances of whatever nature including real estate taxes as of the date of this
sale.
