Each KPI should have following :
–A short self-explanatory definition
–Unit of Measure (Number, % etc.)
–Measurable Targets
–Weightages (Ensuring sum of weightages of all KRAs is 100%)
Employees can choose to leave one of more objectives not applicable for their respective roles
Each KRA can have one or more KPIs. The KPIs should be time-bound and measurable objectively
Each employees should have KRAs chosen from a minimum of 2 Perspectives with Maximum number of goals not beyond 8
Reporting Managers are responsible for reviewing and approving Goal/ KRAs for their team members ensuring the respective KRAs a
overall department and above four perspectives identified for HFCL
Annual Assessments : All employees have to Provide Self Rating (1-5) against the KRAs submitted, (1 as lowest and 5 as highest), Man
Rate in similar fashion.
