    Research Objectives

    Marketing on Facebook leads to Customer Loyalty amongst University Students of Delhi/ncr

    Marketing on Instagram leads to Customer Loyalty amongst University Students of Delhi/ncr

    Marketing on YouTube leads to Customer Loyalty amongst University Students of Delhi/ncr

    Based on the literature review, the following Hypotheses are created:

    H1: There is a positive relationship between Facebook and Customer loyalty among University Students
    of Delhi/ncr

    H2: There is a positive relationship between Instagram and Customer loyalty among University Students
    of Delhi/ncr

    H3: There is a positive relationship between YouTube and Customer loyalty among University Students
    of Delhi/ncr
