VANESSA: A quote by Denis Waitley says, “Never become so much of an expert that you stop gaining

expertise. View life as a continuous learning experience.”

ALMA: To our District VII Supervisor, Dr. Nilo M. Eder, our School Principal, Ma’am Vivian G. Escultor,
Our Resource Speakers, fellow Teachers…

BOTH: Good morning and welcome to our S.Y. 2022-2023 In-Service Training with the theme “The Art of
Embracing New Normal Education”.

VANESSA: Our event for today will surely give us a lot of learning about everything we need to learn
about our chosen calling.

ALMA: Although it is a semestral break for some but for us it’s another journey of professional
development and hopefully a fun-filled and worthwhile experience.

VANESSA: That’s right, even if we are not literally taking a break from our role as classroom teachers,
this training is somewhat a refresher course and a perfect opportunity for us to keep
ourselves updated of the educational trends especially this new normal set-up.

ALMA: Remember, we can’t give what we don’t have so if we want to give more to our pupils
and to further our commitment in teaching, attending this INSET today might just actually be a
right decision.

VANESSA: Since this event is deemed significant, let us officially commence our gathering by singing our
National Anthem, to be followed by a prayer through an audio visual presentation.

ALMA: Please remain standing and move our bodies as we do this Calisthenics called Galaw Pilipinas.

ALMA: Thank you so much, you may now take your seats. To kick-off this morning’s program, we are
pleased to have with us our very own School Principal, Ma’am Vivian G. Escultor, to deliver the welcome
address.

VANESSA: Thank you Ma’am…Now, if someone would ask why we are here, our ready answer would be
to attend this training but specifically what do you think are our goals of being
here today? Well, if you’re not sure yet, let’s listen and be guided as one of our Master Teacher gives us
the statement of purpose. Let’s give it up for Ma’am Odeza U. Ariza.
