QUOTATION
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
o Monthly Remunera on plus 18% GST to be paid in full advance every 5th of each month
o Cheque / NEFT to be made in favour of “Rooh Entertainment” (bank details a ached below)
o No. of posts may vary basis of crea ve’s, videos & contents received from the client / shoot done by
Rooh team.
o Ad spends / promo on budgets to be pre-approved & reimbursed by the client if exceeded before the
end of each said month and to be billed as per accrual
o All crea ve’s images / footages to be provided by client a week prior to align the calendar & content plan
o ROI & ROAS calcula on on the basis of marke ng campaigns ensuring strategy & tac cs results
o No. of Likes, Comments & Followers is subject to promo onal plan approved by client.
o Clients credit card details shall be used to keep complete transparency on ad amount spent and results
on all pla orms. (If required)
o Monthly repor ng will be done with client to ensure the objec ves are met
o Brainstorming sessions and new aspect of communica on can be taken into considera on depending on
mee ngs on mutual agreement.

o Client shall pay addi onal to In uencers, PR Kits, The coupons, Travel & free food for the in uencer &
blogger ac vity. (can be discussed case to case)
o Plans submi ed needs quick reviews and feedback from client, delay in that may result in delay of
execu on of the ac vity.
o Photography and digital content shoot can be done at addi onal cost. (Quote will be provided)
o Travel, Stay and Mess for Team of 2 to be arranged by Organiser and needs to be fully paid in
advance if managed if Rooh Entertainment team is required to travel.
o Stay to be in same hotel / resort as of contestants for capturing instant available moments on
camera and leverage for SMM
o All third party costs will be pre-es mated and approved by The Client before the same is
incurred. These will then be invoiced in the form of an Out of Pocket (OPE) expense statement
at the end of every month. This amount will be payable within 7 days of presenta on of such
invoices.
o Produc on and media charges that may accrue through the use of all third party vendorswith
regard to crea on of communica ons materials on behalf of the Client
o All third party costs - hotel bills, banquet charges, news syndica on service charges, costswill be
charged as per accruals
o Delay in payment will result to levy Interest of 2% per month on the balance amount.
o This will be a 3-month non-termina on contract, with a contract dura on of 6-months.
o Incase of any termina on either party has to give 30-days no ce period with full payment for the month
or pay 60-days payment as a compensa on whichever applicable for immediate termina on.
o Subject to Mumbai Jurisdic on.
