2.3. Orientation

Surviving a school year under the experience of the Covid-19 pandemic is

such a huge honor and recognition that boost the morale and confidence of the

students.

As well know, being a student under this pandemic is a huge challenge of

success and survival. Not all students are capable of keeping their mental health

stable and could adapt to the current school setup—having virtual classes. This

pandemic really brought a negative impact on the lives of many people especially

for students who suffer from mental health disorders such as stress, depression,

and anxiety. However, there are still students who proved that struggles and

difficulties will never be a hindrance to achieving your dreams with flying colors.

All you must do is to believe in yourself and continue doing your passions

because living with your passion is the key and a weapon to survive in this ever-

challenging world.

bad month, or a shitty year. Things will change: you won't feel this way forever.

And anyway, sometimes the hardest lessons to learn are the ones your soul

needs most. I believe you can't feel real joy unless you've felt heartache. You

can't have a sense of victory unless you know what it means to fail.”

“Leadership is about articulating visions, embodying values, and creating the

environment within which things can be accomplished.”

(Richards & Engle, 1986)

“Being the leader doesn’t make you one, because leaders don’t automatically get

the respect and acceptance of their group members; so, in order to earn the

the leader and one or more employees. They are questioned about whether the

decision is good or bad, but in the end, the final decision is made by the

leader. Lastly, delegated leadership, also called free reign. In this style, the leader

entrusted decision-making to the employee, but the leader remained accountable

This appendix contains the information about the orientation for NSTP II on

October 15,2021 where in students we’re encouraged to take relationship and

virtually communicate towards the Gawad Parangal. The certification began at 2

p.m., when all of the CvSU- Bacoor students lined up to sign according to the

section to which they belonged. The event began a few minutes later. Althea

Occidental and Hans Delos Reyes, the two speakers, introduced the awarding

remarks of fellow students and instructors for their deserving award for hard work.

Also, I'd like to congratulate these students of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality

Management 1st year to 4th year, who received a Top Performing award with a

GPA greater than 1.69 despite the fact that we're in the midst of a pandemic.

Most students face pressure, stress, and difficulty as a result of the

pandemic. Online classes are an option for them. This pandemic causes

pressure, stress, and difficulty for the majority of students. Online classes are a

new thing for many of the students; as far as the students taking these online

classes are concerned, the students will be responsive and adaptable to the

change of time.Dr. Ma Agnes P. Nuestro, Vice Presidents for Academic Affairs,

also receives this Certificate of Appreciation.

In grateful recognition of her distinguished and invaluable service as a guest

speaker at the Gawad Parangal 2021 with the theme "Celebrating Milestone

amidst Pandemic." Given on the 15th of October, 2021, in the year of our Lord
