On tractors fit the ACL pump using the special bracket Tightening torque
and the front securing bolts of the air vessel in the left Bracket M14 135 Nm
hand side chassis member (see pictures)

Connections:
Fabricate pressure line to correct length or required new
length, fabricate return line if present to correct length or
required new length.
Fit the DX on a front axle with air suspension to the
return pump.

1. Adjust the pump according to table on sheet 2.

2. Check operation of system.
3. If a catwalk was fitted, and has been removed, refit it, Tightening torque

On trucks fit the ACL pump behind the fuel tank; this
may be L or R. If this is not possible, look for another
free position. Ensure frame is kept free as much as
possible for the body. Not next to the suspension
bearing of the propeller shaft to avoid too little
space and to prevent dirt from entering. On trucks
there may be rivets or brackets that are in the way, in
that case adapt the grease pump bracket (see lower
picture).

       Connections:
Fabricate pressure line to correct length or required new
length, fabricate return line if present to correct length or
required new length.

2. Check operation of system.

Note!
Turn connecting nipple 90 degrees

Replace valve bolt with shorter one, part number

If vehicle is for example 6x4 with axle distance 3100
tank left and right, a 22 mm hole (see picture) has to be
drilled in the back of the bracket. This hole will cover a
rivet at the right hand side of the frame.

Note! After fitting, make sure that there are 2 straps
around the securing cap. (see picture)

When strapping, the hole in the securing cap must face

upwards.

Fit a protection wrap to sharp edges.
