Information literacy is the ability to find, interpret, and use information. Media literacy is the ability to understand and
analyze media. Technology literacy is the ability to use technology. All of these can be applied to practical research.
Information literacy can help you develop and execute an effective research strategy using a wide range of search, also by
developing media literacy skills consumers can better assess the content they are receiving, while digital literacy skills,
students can move beyond a process-oriented understanding of technology and apply digital resources creatively in their
original work. These skills help students do more than just read and write, they also help them think critically about what
they are reading and writing.
