RESOLUTION REQUESTING HON. KYLE SHANNEN B. RAZONABLE, SK

PROVINCIAL FEDERATION PRESIDENT- EX OFFICIO SP MEMBER, PROVINCIAL
GOVERNMENT OF DAVAO DEL SUR A FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN THE AMOUNT
OF TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (₱25,000.00), FOR THE REHABILITATION
OF BARANGAY ALMENDRAS DAYCARE KITCHEN/FEEDING CENTER.

WHEREAS, the above stated facility (Kitchen/Feeding Center) is needed

to renovate to make it conducive compatible for its purpose, but due to lack of
budget, this Day Care Center through its parents deemed it necessary to
source out funds, hence this request ;

NOW THEREFORE :
BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to request HON. KYLE
SHANNEN B. RAZONABLE, sk provincial federation president- ex officio sp
member, provincial government of davao del sur a financial assistance in the
amount of Twenty five thousand pesos (₱25,000.00), for the rehabilitation of
Barangay Almendras Day Care kitchen/feeding center;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to HON. KYLE

SHANNEN B. RAZONABLE, sk provincial federation president- ex officio sp
member, provincial government of davao del sur, PTA Secretariat, Barangay
Council and the school administrator.
