    Present: Mr. T.S.Grewal, Advocate for the petitioner.

    The petitioner has assailed the orders of the Court below vide

    which maintenance @ Rs. 45,000/- has been awarded. The Court below has

    primarily relied upon the compromise dated 19.11.2018 wherein the

    petitioner acknowledges his liability to pay Rs. 35,000/- p.m.

    Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks adjournment to furnish

    the detail of the outstanding amount and the amount paid till date on account

    of arrears of interim maintenance.

    Adjourned to 28.02.2023.
