Below are the indicative questions that will help you in preparing a success criterion for the Centre

• Set of Assumptions
- What are the top assumptions that will define the success of the Centre
- What are the outcomes that need to be achieved. These can be both quantitative
and qualitative. One can classify them both in terms of short and long term. These
will provide a tangible reality of the success.

• Set of Priorities (The Why)


- Once we have the color of success, we define the set of priorities for decision
making in the Centre

- What will we outweigh in favor of what

• Set of Resources (The What)


- Which resources will be critical to the success
- What kind of human resources are required
- How much money is required

• Set of Processes (The How)


- Processes that will link resources with the outcomes
- Process for motivation for people
- Process of creating culture
- Process for resource allocation
- Process for monitoring
